Shomota Pads purchased at shomota.com (including india.shomota.com, us.shomota.com and world.shomota.com) can be refunded up to 30 days from purchase date. Please let us know about any questions, concerns or defective merchandise as soon as you can. Please note: We do not accept returns on products purchased from a reseller. Visit or contact the store where the purchase was made to see their return policy.
To return products for a refund, kindly contact us by email or phone to begin the return process. You will be issued a return code to include it with your return package. Any return not containing an authorized return code will not be processed. You are not eligible for a refund until the product is returned to us.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund for mailing costs associated with returns unless it is as a result of our error. Items received as part of a free promotion carry no warranty because no payment was tendered. We are unable to replace, exchange, or credit any free item.
Incorrect Address Policy:
Your package will be sent to the shipping address you entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify that this address is correct and contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. In some cases, these packages are returned to us, but not always. If your order is returned to us, we will refund or reship your purchase—whichever you prefer. You are not eligible for reshipment or refund until the package is returned to us.
